Passage was screened on St. Croix and St. Thomas, outdoors at Ridge to Reef Farm and in several film festivals including Martha Vineyard African American Film Festivals, Bronzelens in Atlanta and Reel Black Men in Los Angeles.
Passage was filmed in the Virgin Islands and San Pedro, California. The lead actors were cast in the United States and the supporting actors were cast through the Caribbean Community Theater on St.Croix.
